SLES is a clear, light yellow, viscous fulid. It is one of the most important anionic surfactants and salts of fatty alcohol sulfates.
It is an anionic suffactant that is usd in hygiene products and cosmetic products as a cleansing agents, emulsifier, stabilizer, and solubilizer.
SLES easily dissolves in water, is compatible with many surfactants, and is stable in hard water.
