Sulphamic Acid(H3NSO3) is a strongly acidic solid compound that combines the characteristics of both inorganic acids and organic sulfonic acids and is widely used in industrial cleaning, water treatment, chemical synthesis and other fields. Its main functions include efficient scale removal, catalytic reaction, acid regulation and scale and corrosion prevention. Due to its safety, stability and low corrosiveness, it has become the preferred raw material for many industries.

Usage

1. Industrial cleaning and scale removal
Boilers/heat exchangers: Dissolve calcium carbonate and rust scale (Compared with hydrochloric acid, corrosiveness is reduced by 70%)
Food processing equipment: FDA-approved for cleaning in dairy/beer production lines
RO membrane cleaning: Effectively remove inorganic salt scale and extend membrane life
2. Water treatment
Swimming pool disinfection: Replace chlorine-based agents and reduce pungent odors
Cooling water system: Inhibits the growth of Legionella
Wastewater treatment: Neutralize alkaline wastewater and adjust the pH to 6-9
3. Electroplating and surface treatment
Nickel electroplating: As a buffer, it improves the uniformity of the coating
Metal polishing: Remove the oxide layer on the surface of copper and stainless steel

Sulfamic acid cleaning agent has a wide range of applications and can be used to clean boilers, condensers, heat exchangers, jackets and chemical pipelines. Use it in breweries to remove scale layers from glass-lined storage tanks, POTS, open beer coolers and beer barrels.
Clean the evaporators in the enamel factory and the equipment in the paper mill, etc.
In terms of air conditioning, it can remove rust and scale from the cooling system and evaporative condenser.
It can be used by sea vessels to remove seaweed and scale from seawater evaporators (distillation equipment), heat exchangers and brine heaters.
It can clean scale from copper kettles, radiators, dishwashing mechanisms, silverware, flush toilets, tiles, food and milk processing equipment.
It can remove the deposits of proteins deposited on the steamer and the sterilized aluminum used in fresh meat, vegetable and cheese processing plants. The United States Department of Agriculture has permitted the use of sulfamic acid as an acidic cleaning agent in fresh meat, poultry, rabbit and egg processing enterprises.
